The following Terms & Conditions govern the services and projects provided by Design Devix.
Revisions are subject to the selected package. Clients may request unlimited revisions within the scope of the initial design, as long as the original concept and design remain unchanged. The typical revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
Refunds are not applicable once the initial designs or concepts are approved, or if any changes are requested unless Design Devix terminates your contract for reasons other than your failure to comply.
Refund eligibility follows this structure:
Before Initial Design Delivery: If you request a refund before receiving the initial design, you are entitled to a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Within 48 Hours of Initial Design Delivery: You may request a refund of 66% of the paid amount, minus the 10% administrative fee.
Within 48-96 Hours of Initial Design Delivery: You may request a refund of 33%, minus the 10% service and processing fee.
After 96 Hours: No refunds will be issued after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we are committed to your satisfaction, so please contact us directly to address any concerns.
Inaction for 7 Working Days: If you do not respond or take action within 7 working days after delivery, we will not entertain a refund. In such cases, if you wish to restart the project, a fee may apply.
Unresponsiveness for 5 Working Days: If a client is unresponsive for 5 working days at any stage of the process, no refund will be offered.
Refund requests should be submitted to the support department. Design Devix reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Website Packages: No refunds will be issued after approval of the initial design mockup or the creation of inner pages for websites.
Custom Design Packages: Refund policies for custom packages are similar to those for individual services. If you approve the logo design but later request a refund for the website design, the refund will only be applicable for the website service.
Refunds will not be approved unless the design deviates from the agreed-upon brief. If the design meets the initial brief and client input, revisions will continue until satisfaction is achieved, but refunds will not be provided.
Both parties agree not to publicly criticize or attack each other, or their employees or partners, on forums, blogs, or social media, during or after the contract period. Violating this agreement will result in compensation for damages, determined by the non-breaching party.
Good Faith Clause: Refund requests based on orders placed with multiple agencies for the same project, with the intent of claiming a refund from one agency, are considered to be in bad faith. In such cases, Design Devix reserves the right to deny the refund.
Design Guarantee: We guarantee 100% unique designs. If a logo created by Design Devix is found to be strikingly similar to another existing design, we will offer a new logo free of charge. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the copyright of the final design.

Once your refund is processed, the rights to the design will be transferred to Design Devix, and you will no longer have the right to use, display, or claim ownership of the design.
Design Devix reserves the right to share copyright acquisition details with government agencies to prevent reuse of refunded designs as original works.
The "My Account" section is your primary communication channel with us. It is your responsibility to regularly check this area for updates, feedback, and instructions. Failure to monitor the account may affect your ability to request a refund. If you need assistance with the My Account section, please contact customer support.
To ensure your satisfaction, our designers follow the specifications provided in your order form and conduct thorough research to create high-quality and unique designs.
We will continue to refine your design until you are 100% satisfied, as per the terms of your selected package.
Design files will be delivered to your "My Account" section according to the timeline specified in your order confirmation. You will also receive an email notification once your design is available for download.
For customized design orders, delivery will occur within 5 to 7 days of receiving the order. If you require faster delivery, we offer a "RUSH DELIVERY" service for an additional $100.
After delivery, we archive your final design. If you need to receive the final files again, simply contact us, and we will send them via email.

You agree that Design Devix is not responsible for communication received from any email address not associated with our official domain (designdevix@gmail.com) or toll-free numbers listed on our website. We are not liable for any damages caused by communications from unauthorized sources.
